Snowfall Games started during the Covid-19 lockdown, when two longtime friends, stuck at home and tired of their day jobs, began thinking about the kind of studio they wished existed. A place where people could do creative work without burning out or having to compromise their vision in the name of profit. That idea caught on, and before long, others who felt the same joined in. From two to a few, Snowfall Games was born.

From the beginning, we made a conscious choice: we’re not here to become the next giant studio. We’re staying intentionally small and sustainable, focusing on people over profit. That means no chasing investors or endless crunch. We believe the best games come from healthy, happy teams—and that good work-life balance isn’t a perk; it’s the foundation.
